Fraser Consulting has worked for many different clients over the years, from small voluntary sector organisations to large Government departments. Clare Fraser has the knowledge and expertise to help any organisation embed equality and diversity into policies, systems, practices, service delivery and, most importantly, into the culture of their organisations.

Recently, Clare has provided equality and diversity support and training, including advising on impact assessments, to a number of Further Education colleges in Scotland, including Clydebank College, Forth Valley College, Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, Langside College and Cumbernauld College.

She has also worked with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Scottish Enterprise, NHS Trusts and the Law Society of Scotland.
