Clare Fraser of Fraser Consulting provides consultancy based support in equality and diversity. This can range from a short term assigment, such as an audit of policies, to a longer term arrangement, whereby consideration of embedding equality and diversity into organisational culture takes place. 

Previous consultancy projects include:

  • reviewing Equality Schemes to ensure that they are compliant and in line with best practice
  • developing a Single Equality Scheme which covers disability, race and gender equality
  • auditing policies and processes to ensure that they are compliant with legislation, and making suggestions for change
  • advising on Equality Impact Assessments - training staff to conduct them, and quality assuring the results
  • auditing Job Evaluation processes to ensure that they are capable of providing Equal Pay
  • produding Equal Pay audits, with recommendations for change in pay and grading systems
