Her background is in law, where she specialised in Constitutional Law and Human Rights, and practised at one of Scotland’s largest law firms. She then worked with a global management consultancy before setting up a boutique ESG freelance business.
Career Summary
Education
Clare is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh where she studied law. Her Honours subjects were Human Rights, Constitutional Law and Employment Law. She has an LLB (Hons) and a Diploma in Legal Practise.
Legal Practice
She trained with MacRoberts LLP, a leading independent law firm, and then worked with McClure Naismith where she specialised in litigation and employment law. She returned to work with MacRoberts as a Senior Solicitor.
Global Consulting
Clare worked at Korn Ferry, a global organisational consulting firm. Projects included implementation of Single Status at Russell Group, developing an equal pay tool and behavioural event interviews.
