The global pandemic changed recruitment immeasurably. Clare worked with HEE to support compliance in the pivot to digital recruitment of medical and dental specialists.

Strategic Review
The GOC reviewed the system of optical education to increase preparedness for practice in response to external drivers. Clare worked on a data analysis and a benchmarking review.
Strathclyde Transport
Subway modernisation
Glasgow’s Subway is undergoing its first full-scale upgrade in more than 30 years. Clare advised on compliance with ESG and fire safety regulations, with stakeholders.
We worked with the organisers of the Commonwealth Games, where we produced impact assessments and created an Action Plan to ensure that ESG is embedded in practice.
We are also working with Festival 2022, a nationwide festival of creativity and innovation which has received £122m funding from the UK government and is overseen by the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Organising Committee.
Bringing people together in astounding ways, the festival will platform the full range of our creative imaginations by combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
